Welcome

First of all I want to welcome you to this online ‘Running contacts’ class.

I am looking forward working together with you the coming months and to see the progress towards amazing running contracts.

This class can be started at any date, therefore there may be big differences in which stage the different combinations are working at a given moment.

Everyone will get individual feedback based on their own level and which unit they have reached.

This class consist of two different parts:

• Theory (which be published in PDF documents)
• Instruction videos (which will be uploaded in the forum you can find at the bottom of each lesson)
